 Orange Eclipse Cocktail

The sun burns and the moon glows. For years beyond count, they've caught the eye of man. When the moon slips before the sun, casting shadow over light, it's a thing unlike any other. Myths were born of it. Legends too. And science found a field ripe for harvest. It's a time when things seem to stand still. A moment for looking inward, and maybe for a drink. Enter the Orange Eclipse Cocktail.
                  

 

INGREDIENTS
2 oz Mount Gay Eclipse Rum
1 oz Blood Orange Juice
1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth
4 dashes of Angostura Bitters
                 

HOW TO CRAFT
01 Add all ingredients to shaker.

02 Add ice, shake and strain into chilled coupe. 

03 Garnish with orange peel.

    *   To convert fluid ounces to tablespoons, you multiply the number of fluid ounces by 2.
